Cancellation Policy
At Palermo Massage & Esthetics we reserve your appointment time specifically for you. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests and provide the best experience possible, we kindly request your cooperation with our booking policies.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or modified within 24 hours of the start time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows: Guests who fail to show up without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service total.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive [15] minutes early to check in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to remain on schedule for subsequent guests. The full service fee will still apply.
Securing Your Appointment
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. For group bookings or high-value services, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
